In late 2023, owners Jenny and James established SBC Boarding LLC, adopting the name Staycation for Dogs. Fueled by their love of dogs, they set out to create a company that not only contributes to the community also delivers exceptional pet care services. The acronym SBC represents Smokey, Baloo, and Chewie, their Australian Shepherds and Russian Blue who inspired this endeavor. With Jenny's extensive background in sales, pet care, Molecular Biology, and laboratory research, alongside James's expertise in sales, team building, and leadership, they are dedicated to cultivating a welcoming environment that adheres to the stringent cleanliness standards of a veterinary facility.

We are incredibly grateful for our amazing team! Since acquiring Staycation for Dogs in late 2023, we've supercharged our daily operations by focusing small playgroups, adopting rigorous sanitation protocols, and introducing robust evaluation standards for all incoming dogs. We're proud to stand out as one of the few true 24/7 on-site monitored care facilities in the area!

None of this would have been possible without the fantastic input and collaboration from our dedicated staff. Every member of our team is trained through Dog Handler Academy. Our team members show enthusiasm for continuous learning in the industry, operate with integrity, and most importantly enjoy building meaningful connections with dogs and their owners.
