We can't wait for your first day with Staycation! To ensure a smooth registration process, please upload copies of each dog's vaccination records and proof of flea and tick treatment to your client portal. If you are unable to upload the documents to your portal, please email them to us. Records must be current during your dog's appointment.

Dogs who have been vaccinated in countries outside of the United States, should have all of their vaccines confirmed by a U.S. Veterinarian prior to their first day at Staycation for Dogs. 

 

Note: Failure to update vaccines 48 hours before a reservation begins can lead to cancellation or rescheduling of said reservation. Thank you for keeping our four-legged community safe and healthy!

• Rabies

• Bordetella (every 6 months). Must be administered 48 hours before your pup visits us.

• DHPP (Distemper/Parvo combo)

• Current flea and tick treatment.

  • Please provide a receipt or prescription from your veterinarian. Flea collars are not allowed.

• Leptospirosis vaccine​
